What payment types do you accept?

Payments may be made by cash, check, Chase Quick Pay/Zelle, Venmo or credit card.

Do you take insurance?

I do not bill insurance directly, however, I can provide documents for you to submit for reimbursement, as I am an “out-of- network provider”.

Helpful questions to ask your insurance company:

  • Do I have mental health coverage?
  • What percentage of my bill will be covered for services obtained by an out- of-network provider?

If you choose to seek reimbursement, you can do this with a “superbill” that lists your diagnosis and other necessary information.
