Intuitive Therapy: An integrative approach to therapy
which recognizes the physical and metaphysical being
of a person; The therapists’ and clients innate intuitions
are used to create a deeper connection
to the authentic self.

Dr. Rosenberg takes a deeply holistic approach to treatment. She aims to help each of her clients reconnect with their innate strengths and chart their own, self-empowered course throughout life.

What’s unique about my approach to therapy?

I believe in treating people, not solely their conditions.
I see symptoms as helpful guides, that point the way back to
our best, most authentic, empowered self.

  • “Dr. Rosenberg is very grounded and harmonious, which had a great influence on me and my self-confidence that grew from each session. I have become much more confident in my own decisions, and learned to trust my feelings and body again. Having regained balance that is strongly reflected in my current well-being. I am truly grateful to have reached this place from my work with Alisa.”

  • “I started seeing Dr. Rosenberg in the Spring of 2019, when my husband and I was living in LA temporarily. I was struggling with a lot of thoughts and decisions regarding re-location and fertility treatment at the time, which made me anxious and stressed. My first session went really well and I really liked Dr. Rosenberg's approach which was more intuitive and holistic compared to other psychologists I had tried in the past. She made me feel safe and comfortable in her presence, which made it a lot easier to open up about certain things that I would normally not talk about with anyone. A session felt like a nice conversation, and I liked how Dr. Rosenberg was able to make me look at certain thoughts or feelings from several perspectives than just the one I had. She had a lot of really good points or even mantras (I would call it) that I have kept in my heart and use on a daily basis. It made me more calm and relaxed, when having to face the rest of the world. Dr. Rosenberg is very grounded and harmonious, which had a great influence on me and my self-confidence that grew from each session. I have become much more confident in my own decisions, and learned to trust my feelings and body again, which is something I have been struggling with for years. Having regained that balance strongly reflects in my current well-being, and life en general seems much more easy and less stressful - a state of mind, that I am truly grateful to have reached in my work with Alisa.“

  • "I started working with Dr. Rosenberg so that I could hold myself accountable to stop drinking alcohol and explore reasons as to why I tended to overdrink. What started as sessions guided by a very specific purpose turned into sessions that helped me to explore other aspects of my life, such as my career, and relationships with friends, family, and significant other. The work we did together was empowering and helped me to develop strategies that encouraged confidence in and love of myself. I always looks forward to my sessions as I knew I was entering a space of no judgement and the time was dedicated to helping me become a better version of myself. These did not feel like traditional therapy sessions with a straight forward question/answer style of dialogue; Dr. Rosenberg always had insightful ways of paraphrasing my thoughts so that I could better understand what I was thinking and she asked thoughtful questions back to me that helped me come up with my own solutions to problems we were working through. I always left feeling like I had a new perspective to take or strategies to use going into my week. The sessions I had with Dr. Rosenberg proved to be truly invaluable to me and I still use aspects from our time together on a daily basis. I am so thankful for our work together."
